Job Description Job Description Part-Time RN - Float Pool, Night Shift Overview: This part-time night shift Registered Nurse operates within a float pool, delivering patient care across multiple hospital departments, including Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg). Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, ensuring confidentiality, and upholding nursing standards and organizational principles. You will be accountable for the care of your assigned patients and will collaborate with various departments to coordinate their care. Potential Units for Floating Based on Experience: Emergency Department (ED) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) All Medical-Surgical Units Acute Rehabilitation Behavioral Health Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why Choose Us?
