life.About the Role:We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales
Development & Pipeline Enablement Specialist to join our enablement
team. This role will focus on empowering our Sales Development
Representatives (SDRs) with strategies, tools, and best practices
needed to build a robust, qualified pipeline that fuels Vercel's
growth.The ideal candidate brings firsthand experience as a sales
or business development representative, combined with a deep
understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies, messaging
strategies, and go-to-market technologies. Your primary mission is
to ensure our SDR team is equipped to consistently identify and
engage prospective customers effectively.What You Will Do:
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs focused
on inbound and outbound prospecting strategies, qualification
methodologies, and pipeline generation best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation,
and Product Marketing teams to create impactful, compelling
outbound sequences and messaging aligned with Vercel's value
propositions.
- Partner cross-functionally to curate, document, and amplify
customer success stories and use cases that resonate strongly with
target audiences.
- Develop, deliver, and continuously refine training on Vercel's
core messaging, positioning, and initial sales pitch to ensure SDRs
confidently represent our solutions.
- Optimize usage of go-to-market tools and sales engagement
platforms to enhance prospecting effectiveness, monitor results,
and continuously drive improvements in pipeline generation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, proactively identifying gaps
and areas for improvement, then addressing them with targeted
enablement initiatives and coaching.About You:You are passionate
about pipeline generation and deeply invested in the art and
science of outbound sales development. You thrive in collaborative
environments, bring an analytical mindset to identifying
opportunities for improvement, and have a relentless drive to make
Vercel's Sales Development organization world-class.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR with demonstrated success in
generating pipeline through outbound sales efforts.
- Experience creating, executing, and iterating on outbound sales
sequences and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product
Marketing teams.
- Expertise with modern prospecting tools (Koola, Outreach,
ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to craft concise, impactful messaging that resonates with
prospects.
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with
sales and marketing leadership, product teams, and individual
contributors.
- Passion for coaching, training, and enabling others to achieve
outstanding results.Bonus If You:
- Have sold modern web development or infrastructure products to
enterprise customers.
- Have experience working with Next.js, Vercel, or similar
developer-centric platforms.
- Have a background in sales enablement, coaching, or
instructional design.
- Have knowledge of value-based selling methodologies (e.g.,
MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
- Have worked in hypergrowth SaaS environments with high-velocity

for this role is $180,000.00 - $270,000.00. This salary range is an
estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills,
experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be
adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package
also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your
