Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
--- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales
--- Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests
--- Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes

Qualifications:

Great communication and social skills
Technology driven
Organized and manages time effectively
Past sales experience is preferred
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
--- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
--- Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Must be at least 18 years old
--- High school diploma
--- Valid driver's license
--- Present yourself in a professional manner
--- Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, no exceptions
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule
--- Weekdays and weekend availability is a must
--- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
--- Verbal and written communication skills
--- Retail customer service experience is a plus
--- Showing Assistant experience is preferred
--- Real Estate license REQUIRED
