Responsibilities:
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate
more sales
Gather local community information to be able to answer any
questions from your client about potential homes
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a
quick and seamless transaction experience
--- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their
satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may
have about potential homes and the surrounding community
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure
quick sales
--- Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests
--- Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
Qualifications:
Tech savvy
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Show good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Past sales experience is preferred
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and
marketing/lead technologies
--- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
--- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
--- Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Must be at least 18 years old
--- High school diploma
--- Valid driver's license
--- Present yourself in a professional manner
--- Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, no exceptions
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule
--- Weekdays and weekend availability is a must
--- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
--- Verbal and written communication skills
--- Retail customer service experience is a plus
--- Showing Assistant experience is preferred
--- Real Estate license REQUIRED
