Job Description:

This candidate will be trained on all machinery and processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging of all flower products including bulk flower, pre-rolls, hash infused pre-rolls, tinctures and vape pens. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and great time management skills.Responsibilities:* Package infused and plant material into proper containers/packaging with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations* Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product* Sanitation & cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day* Use independent judgment in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind* Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated* Invest time in learning new products* Packaging will consist of filling pre rolls, eighth bags/jars, tinctures, pens, assembly (mouth pieces, etc.), packaging (boxing, etc.), and labelingQualifications:* 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, processing cannabis or other botanicals preferred* 1-2 years' experience in warehousing and inventory preferred* Must be able to work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative* Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy procedure and technique* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees* Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over a 8 hour work period without losing quality* Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can maintain quality standards and production goals* Able to stand for long periods at a timeAdditional Qualifications:* Must have a valid driver's license or State ID card* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age* Must pass any and all required background checksWe are an equal opportunity employer, and do not unlawfully discriminate against, make employment decisions, or permit harassment based on perceived or actual race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, immigration status, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity characteristics or expression, disability, medical condition, U.S. Military or veteran status, salary history, or any other basis protected under federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
