About the Role Support all aspects of Inventory Control, i.e. Shipping, Receiving and Store Room functions as they pertain to the Inventory Control/Cycle Count operations. In addition to these responsibilities the Material Handler IV will work closely with Purchasing, Accounting and Planning. Your Responsibilities Will Include * Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements (including but not limited to being current on all training requirements for the incumbent's position and documenting that training. * Operate as senior member of Logistics team, demonstrating initiative and effective problem-solving skills while executing assigned Logistics responsibilities. * Perform Cycle Counts and associated functions. * Perform ABC and excess/obsolete analysis. * Coordinate execution of assigned corrective actions. * Interface with other departments to facilitate communication on Inventory issues. * Participate as key contact in audits of assigned work area. * Work with purchasing on problem receipts. * May ship hazardous materials What We're Looking For In You Minimum Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * 5 Years of relevant work experience * Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. * Must be able to stand for a minimum six hours per day * Must have advanced computer knowledge skills (i.e. Excel formula creation, Outlook, Word) * Must have experience with cycle counts and managing inventory * Must have experience with shipping modules (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager, UPS) * The ability to get certified on pallet jack and forklift Preferred Qualifications: * Understanding of SAP system * Medical Device Distribution Experience * Able to flex end-of-day hours * Some Overtime may be required About us As a global medical technology leader for more than 35 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
