The Marketing Asssiatant plays a supportive but critical role in
driving business development, maintaining brand presence, and
ensuring smooth proposal and marketing operations. Responsibilities
are often a mix of administrative, creative, and strategic support

Sacramento region and Southern California. They are a full General
Contractor specializing in Multi-Family, Medical, and Tilt-Up
construction seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team
long-term! Description Key Responsibilities of a Marketing
Assistant | Commercial Construction - Folsom, CA Assist in the
preparation and formatting of RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages.
Coordinate deadlines and help ensure submissions are compliant and
timely. Assist in creating presentations, case studies, and visual
content for client pitches. Maintain and update marketing materials
(e.g., brochures, project one-pagers, firm profiles). Support with
drafting, scheduling, and posting on social media platforms Help
plan industry events, job fairs, and internal company functions.
