We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that want to

The Customer Service Representative responsibilities may include a
variety of different duties including the processing & entry of new
business, updating & creating reports in Word & Excel, taking
client & investor phone calls, organize & file documentation as a
part of general administrative duties.
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. The ability to
learn quickly, organize and multi-task is very important in our
company?s day-to-day business. Professional communication skills
and a high level of customer service are expected.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
? Answer incoming client phone lines.
? Make investor contact changes in the STAR system.
? Process mail in time frames required by the SEC.
? Run reports related to investor and representative configurations
at end of day.
? Make follow-up calls for new business information needed for
investors or representatives.
? Comply, enter and proof incoming new subscriptions.
? Work on client requests to update STAR for new investments.
? Organize scheduled shipping of welcome letters and
? Follow up with representatives and investors for information
needed to complete subscriptions.
? Send, or help client run, new business reports as requested.
? File new business paperwork as appropriate.
? Follow-up with representatives and investors for information
needed to complete transfer and change requests.
