Come build with us.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Designer who is interested in redefining the future of venture capital. You will collaborate with our R&D teams to build new features or iterate on currently existing features to include more complex use cases.You will report to our Product Design Lead.You will:

• Lead the design for projects you are working on
• Collaborate with designers across the product team to ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Perform necessary research and synthesize insights for your team
• Work closely with XFN partners to solicit feedback to ensure project outcomes are being met
• Leverage your expertise and judgment to work quickly while also choosing the moments to propose research initiatives to fill in the gaps
• Use and contribute to evolving design systems and standards
• Take on complex, interdependent projects and seek the information required to fill in any missing gapsOther characteristics of the ideal candidate:
  • Has a high bar for craft
  • Excited by complex use cases occasionally driven by enterprise needs
  • Years of design experience are not always an indicator of quality, but we find the ideal candidates to have over 8 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable being a sole contributor to high-impact projectsHow Success will be Measured in this Role:
