wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to
help us in our mission of assisting clients achieve their financial
goals while delivering a very personalized and amazing client
experience. The Client Services Associate provides the first
impression of our firm to our clients & visitors and plays a
critical role in the back-office functioning of our team. This
important resource on our team is responsible for managing the
daily operations of the group and keeps the team running smoothly
by ensuring that client service needs, paperwork and processing,
trading, & new account openings are handled in a timely, accurate,

Qualifications & Requirements
- Three+ years
of industry work-related experience (For example: financial
services, banking, escrow, etc.).
with MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and computer
Systems/Software: Ability to easily learn multiple tech
platforms such as Redtail CRM, Docusign, eMoney, Sharefile, LPL
ClientWorks, Acrobat, Constant Contact, Riskalyze. Ability to walk
clients through tech issues.
