Job Description:

Our growing wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to help us in our mission of assisting clients achieve their financial goals while delivering a very personalized and amazing client experience.  The Client Services Associate provides the first impression of our firm to our clients & visitors and plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our team. This important resource on our team is responsible for managing the daily operations of the group and keeps the team running smoothly by ensuring that client service needs, paperwork and processing, trading, & new account openings are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.  A positive and congenial attitude is a must.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Three+ years of industry work-related experience (For example: financial services, banking, escrow, etc.).
  • Proficient with MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and computer literate.
  • Systems/Software: Ability to easily learn multiple tech platforms such as Redtail CRM, Docusign, eMoney, Sharefile, LPL ClientWorks, Acrobat, Constant Contact, Riskalyze. Ability to walk clients through tech issues.
  • Must be well organized, have meticulous attention to detail, able to multi-task, meet scheduled due dates and follow through, with strong time management skills.
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work effectively with others.
  • Sound professional judgment and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with personnel in a broad range of areas of expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and business writing.
  • Exceptional phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, helpful, handy, motivated, calm, and a detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods of time, active computer work (viewing multiple monitors, keyboarding, mousing), and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Performs other office duties and tasks as assigned

      • Minimum 3 years of securities industry experience
      • Series 6 and 63 licenses
    • Helpful:
      • BA/BS degree in business (finance, accounting, economics, general business, etc.)
      • Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities
