To support our continued growth, we are looking for
an organized, customer service driven,
tech savvy candidate to act as the primary point of contact for new
website implementations. The person in this role will serve as
project manager and will be responsible for gathering client data
and setting up a pre-designed (semi-custom) website theme, while
providing excellent, proactive communication and ensuring high
customer satisfaction throughout the
- Coordinate all aspects of website
setup from order date to going live.
- Set up semi-custom themes, including
design and layout customization utilizing theme part manipulation
and creative thinking.
- Guide and advise clients on design
choice and content layout as well as best practices for website
setup for functionality, user experience and SEO
- Prepare logo and edit photos utilizing
- Maintain open communication with
clients regarding setup, expectations, status,
- Coordinate with IT department for
posting sites live.
- Liaise with our development team on
more technical changes.
- Accurately track all sales
- Send proposals for billable work and
follow up to ensure completion.
- Coordinate "site extras" and ensure
complete order fulfillment.
- Train clients via phone and email on

Applicants must currently
reside in CA, NY, IL, WA, OK, MT, GA, or IN. Remote/work from home
in these states okay.
Two-year college degree with at
least two (2) years account management/customer service experience
in a technical capacity or equivalent combination of
- Must have a critical eye for
recognizing aesthetically pleasing website
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
technical environment and interact with owners, management,
co-workers, clients, superiors and subordinates with
professionalism, courtesy and tact.
- Previous experience with WordPress
editing highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and Photoshop
- Must possess strong organization
skills and have ability to communicate clearly and professionally
over the phone as well as through e-mail.
- Must be a fast learner, have high
attention to detail and are self-motivated to deliver
