This position is in our New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering organization at Keysight's corporate headquarters in Santa Rosa, in the heart of Californias beautiful wine country. Our NPI teams are multidisciplinary, involving electrical, software, and mechanical engineers. As a Hardware Engineer, you will apply your Electrical Engineering coursework to a variety of focused hand-on projects. You will be part of a product development team that designs, develops, and tests our PNA Performance Network Analyzers. In this position, you will work collaboratively with the product design engineers and will be responsible for introducing new models and features, designing and implementing calibration algorithms, and characterizing performance from breadboard through and into production. You will be responsible for the instrument hardware and the measurement, characterization, and calibration processes used during the NPI and afterwards in production. This includes designing or modifying test stations, analyzing test data and making specification recommendations. After product release, you will have engineering responsibilities for the system, hardware and production processes. You will work with manufacturing and engineering teams world-wide to develop and produce Keysights Network Analyzer products.
