Services existing accounts and alsoestablishes new accounts..Key CompetenciesBuilding Collaborative RelationshipsInnovation / CreativityAdaptabilityDeveloping Self & OthersPrincipal Accountabilities & DeliverablesSell/market Company products and services using all communications methods provided and within the parameters set by the CompanyQuote and negotiate product prices on behalf of the Company to customers, using independent judgment and discretion based on knowledge of current market condition and other factorsReceive customer questions, concerns and complaints and exercise judgment and discretion to resolve them on behalf of the CompanyCollect and disperse information relevant to the customer's and company's needs and use that information to provide superior customer serviceContinually analyze customer base and manage according to the best return on time investedActively participate in strategic planning and annual budgeting by accountComplete training courses, classes and seminars as assignedMaintain on-going product knowledge meetings for your customersPerform product maintenance through cycle counts as necessary for specialty item inventoryPerform other work related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment will occur during the course of employmentQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesEducation / Experience and SkillsTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldUnderstanding or knowledge of lumber industry and the company products and servicesAbility to model the Capital values and to provide innovative solutions.Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and engage commitment of customers and team membersAbility to drive and be accountable for results in a fast paced environmentAbility to multi-task and have multiple projects going simultaneouslyA strong sense of urgency for goal achievementResults focused with ability to make quick decisions to changing conditionsStrong follow-up is necessary on tasks to ensure proper resultsDetail-oriented with ability to handle details quickly, correctly and efficientlyMust be able to travel to assigned accountsValid driver's license and reliable transportation to assigned accounts
