Family Practice/Primary Care opening in Santa Rosa, California.
-Sonoma County - Santa Rosa - 55 mi N of San Fran, 40 mi NW of
Napa, 100 mi W of Sacramento
-Federally Qualified Health Center - O/P - Integrative Health
-Work mix of telehealth from home and in clinic
-Adult Nurse Practitioner to join large, supportive team
-See 16 adult patients/day - 30 minute appointments - 1 hour for
lunch
-Work Mon-Friday from 8-5 PM
-Treat underserved/homeless patients for primary care illnesses
-Join a team of 1 Family Practice MD, 5 Primary Care NP's+ 1
Psychiatrist
-Federal Loan Repay - HPSA of 18 - $50K/2 years (tax free)
-$108K-$130K DOE + Sign Bonus, Relocation $ and full Benefits
