Sr Dir, HR Technology and System Operations The Senior Director,
HR Technology and System Operations is responsible for building and
leading the operations delivery for HR Technology at ADP globally.
This role manages a portfolio of support for 20+ in house global
systems, plus integrations to 100+ vendors around the world for HR
data. The senior director will support the deployment of a global
strategy map for HR technology and will strongly build/influence
the vision for the architecture of HR technologies. They oversee
global program/project management for deployments of new and
ongoing projects. This role will manage the global HR technology
portfolio for all products, including implementation, upgrades,
changes, modification, privacy compliance and security.

The Senior Director will ensure that all data being sent out of
the system meets standards for accuracy and need to know for all
downstream services delivered. The role will also have

This role will have a critical role in furthering HR’s efforts
focused on associate experience, efficiency and effectiveness. They
will be responsible for driving automation opportunities,
identifying redundant behaviors/processes between/within systems,
cross-pollination and integration across our multiple systems
focused on data and process simplification.
Leadership in building new product functionality for HR services
across the ADP Product suite. Conduit to product for fixes, new
functionality, implementations and upgrades.
Ensures effective compliance and controls are implemented across
all HR systems including security and access controls, audit of
security grants and revocations, records retention operations,
Partners with business consultants in building requirements for
new functionality or systems. Participates in the vetting of new
vendors and makes the technical best practice recommendations.
Ensure optimized delivery of data to/from HR Core systems.
Implement procedures supporting data accuracy / quality and data

Manages the Systems Administration and Tech Support teams.
Department management including analyzing resource needs, creating
a high performance team environment that reinforces career growth

Minimum 15+ years related experience.
Extensive experience in global HR data and HR systems.
