. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management.
8 years of experience managing programs and processes across
distributed systems. Experience with engineering program
management, change management, finance, and product lifecycle
management. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or MBA in
Engineering, Operations or a related field. 8 years of experience
managing complex cross-functional projects and leading
transformation initiatives in engineering, technology, operations,
supply chain or management consulting. Experience in AI/ML

globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with
stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules,

partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices,
time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this
role, you will solve business and engineering problems. You will
mobilize cross-functional teams, deliver solutions for scale, and
drive data-driven decision making to enable the transformation of
the AI and infrastructure organization. With your organizational,
communication, and people management skills, you will inspire our
teams and rapidly establish trust amongst various stakeholders and
customers. You will be managing complex programs, and driving
outcomes. With your program management skills, you will drive
large-scale transformation across the organization, accelerating
the delivery of Google's AI infrastructure. The AI and

base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000
bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined
by work location and additional factors, including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

and implementation of strategic and transformational programs. Set
program goals and direction working with cross-functional
stakeholders. Establish goals, schedule and milestones and manage
dependencies and anticipate/resolve execution issues. Establish a
reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making,
prioritization, and resource stewardship. Be the trusted owner of
the status of your projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress,
dependencies, risks, issues to executives and other stakeholders
through regular communications, enabling effective decision making.
Leverage domain expertise, program management experience and
leadership skills to help the team improve processes, accelerate
program execution, and drive better quality, productivity and
efficiency across the portfolio. Own and nurture relationships
between cross-functional teams.
