CMPCJP00060464 Client: COMPUCOM Job Title: Field Service
Technician I Location: Santa Rosa CA USA 94945 Duration: 3 Months
contract to hire Position is 90-day contract-to-hire. Candidates
should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the below
requirements listed. Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch with
the eventual On-Call Rotation. Must live near zip code 94945.
Territory will cover Santa Rosa to Napa/Fairfield area. Must have
good admin and organizational skills. This is a Tech 1 position
must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and
network. Printer and Wide-Format Printer Experience Preferred.
Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $23.50 for
qualified technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation up
front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting
deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s) Technician will
travel to each client’s location Maintains, analyzes,
troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
Works under general supervision. Local Travel required for daily
dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test &
Background Check. A certification required within 6 months of
hire.
