• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive significant business growth.
• Lead technology initiatives end-to-end across multiple layers of architecture.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, maintainable software solutions that address crucial customer problems and interact with various systems.
• Provide best practices and recommendations for application and platform development, as well as developer tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, share knowledge, and experiment with cutting-edge technologies.
• Innovate to fuel growth and generate ideas for emerging business needs.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones and communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into software applications.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices and high-velocity execution.
• Lead the launch of AI integrations in production, evaluating their impact on performance and user satisfaction.Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering enterprise applications.
  • Strong foundation in scalable application development, accessibility, internationalization, and instrumentation.
  • Experience with web and mobile cross-browser and cross-platform design constraints.
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with testing.
  • Experience with Java or similar mid-tier languages.
  • Experience with test automation, TDD, and various testing methodologies.
  • Experience with relational database design and implementation.
  • Interest in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with microservices, container technologies, and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
  • Strong database skills (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics experience.
  • Experience in cloud computing and deploying applications/services into cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in building or integrating AI models using techniques like LLM prompting or AutoML.
  • Ability to evaluate, monitor, and optimize AI performance in production.
  • Leadership in AI integration and mentoring junior engineers in AI leverage.
  • Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product managers.Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards. The base pay range for this position is: INSERT PAY RANGES - for example: Bay Area California $191,000 - $258,500This role is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits as per our plans.
