About the job:
Technical Support Representatives will provide customer support and
technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic
mediums. This team will consistently deliver knowledge and superior
support through understanding and strong communication with each
customer.
You're Impact/Duties:
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone,
email or SMS
Configuration of customer equipment and/or software to connect to
the internet
Troubleshoot and resolve customers' Sonic connectivity, email
and/or webhosting related issues
Must Haves:
Ability to think logically and problem solve
Friendly, can do attitude
Eagerness to learn
Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated, and able to handle a
fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
An interest in computers and the Internet
Personal integrity and strong work ethic
Ability to manage competing priorities and keep accurate notes/data
entry
Pay Scale:
Starting Rate: $18/hour Max: $20/hour
