We are DISH Wireless.-- Job Duties and Responsibilities DISH Wireless is seeking a mid-level transactional attorney who is passionate about our business and interested in working closely with our wireless business team to change the way the world communicates. This role will provide legal support to DISH Wireless and will have the ability to contribute directly to DISH Wireless' future growth. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
            • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex cell site lease agreements (tower, rooftop, small cell, pole attachment, DAS, etc.), construction and deployment agreements, zoning and permitting issues and services agreements.
            • Counseling DISH Wireless on various legal issues
            • Working closely with DISH's business team to accomplish DISH's goals and strategic objectives
            • Assisting with other responsibilities as needed Skills, Experience and Requirements A successful applicant will have the following:
              • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
              • Admitted to practice law in at least one state
              • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%
              • 10-15 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation
              • 5+ years' experience drafting and negotiating wireless real estate agreements
              • Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills
              • A passion for both the in-house practice of law and the home entertainment industry
