build the future of data storage. Job Description The Talent
Acquistion (Early Career) Enablement & Operations Project Manager
is a temporary role (Contract) with our Global Early Career
Recruiting team. You will play a critical role in quickly scaling
and strengthening our global Early Career Talent (ECT) programs. As
we launch a new global intern framework, revamp our HR Leadership
Development Program, and build toward a full-time ECT engagement
model, this role will provide the operational and enablement
foundation needed for long-term success. This individual will
consult and operationalize our early career strategy by building
the tools, infrastructure, documentation, and resources that enable
our internal stakeholders, hiring leaders, mentors, and recruiters
to deliver high-impact, consistent, and scalable programs.
Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Operations and ECT
leadership, this role will translate strategy into practical
systems, content, and processes. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder
Enablement Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint hub for
Early Career Talent resources, including SOPs, FAQs, toolkits, and
best practices. Develop comprehensive manager and mentor toolkits
to support onboarding, coaching, performance management, and
inclusive leadership. Create performance management resources for
early career hires and people leaders, including goal-setting
templates, feedback guides, and evaluation frameworks. Build
process flow diagrams and visual documentation to simplify complex
workflows for business leaders and stakeholders. Develop internal
enablement materials such as one-pagers, roadshow decks, talking
points, and training sessions. Program Enablement, Operations &
Documentation Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to
document and standardize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
specific to early career recruiting. Support workforce planning and
hiring cycle enablement through clear process mapping and guidance.
Create scalable systems for tracking and reporting key program
activities and outcomes. Creation of a global master program
calendar including cohort timelines, milestones, and touchpoints.
Design and distribute program surveys (intake, midpoint,
retrospectives) and support analysis and insights. Support
organization design mapping and role clarity for the ECT team.
Develop change management playbooks and document lessons learned to
continuously improve future cycles. Content Creation &
Communications Create branded, engaging content for internal and
external audiences. Develop social media templates (acceptance
announcements, “Day in the Life,” impact spotlights, return offer
posts). Build communication sequences including welcome emails,
pre-start outreach, and orientation materials. Ensure consistent
messaging and experience across all early career programs and
touchpoints. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent experience 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Operations, Early Career Programs, HR Operations, or related fields
Strong understanding of early career recruiting and development
programs (internships, rotational programs, entry-level hiring)
Proven project management experience leading complex,
cross-functional initiatives Experience building operational
frameworks, documentation, and enablement resources Strong written,
visual, and verbal communication skills High proficiency with
collaboration and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint,
Microsoft 365, SmartSheet) Preferred Project Management
certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar) Experience supporting
global or multi-region programs Background in change management and
organizational design Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms Ideal
location in San Jose / Bay Area or Irvine, CA. Additional
