4/1/2021 4/30/2021 Outpatient concierge clinicHours: 8a-4:30p (3
days a week) or 8a-1p (5 days a week)Patient Volume: 1Adult 40%,
Geriatrics 50% and Peds 10%Primary Care settingComplete support
staffPaper ChartingNightly phone call screened by MA (0-1 per
night, maybe) Low Patient Volume in a Concierge Setting Patient
ServicesDiabetes, colds/flu, sick visits, HBP, asthma/sinus,
immunizations, respiratory infections, physicals, derm, ekg, weight
