Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Essential Duties: - Provide chair-side and clinical support during exams and procedures - Take impressions for models and denture appliances - Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care - Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards - Temporarily cement and remove provisional crowns - Place sealants and perform coronal polishing (with certification) Extended Functions: - Place, contour, and finish restorative materials after dentist preparation - Adjust occlusion on restorations - Take final impressions and bite registrations for crowns - Perform oral health assessments in school-based, community health project settings under the direction of a dentist or registered dental hygienist (with certification) We Offer a Cadillac Benefits Package: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Paid Time off (PTO) and 9 Paid Holidays - Life Insurance - 401(k) with up to 4% Employer Match - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Eligible to apply for Loan Repayment Programs such as AHLRP - Tuition Assistance (after 12 months of employment, up to $4,000/year) Apply today to join a team that values your skills and supports your professional growth while making a lasting impact in the lives of others. Requirements: - California Registered Dental Assistant Extended Functions (RDAEF) License - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed.
