MRI Tech Location: Sacramento, CA Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $2,500 to $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) Location: Sacramento, CA Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift (12 hours x 3 days/week) Pay Rate: $2500 – $2700 per week Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Sacramento, CA. The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process Position patients correctly to obtain optimal imaging results Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and comfort Operate and maintain MRI equipment effectively Review images for quality and accuracy before submission Maintain detailed patient records and documentation Adhere to safety standards, including MRI safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members Requirements: ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent Active state license (California, if required) Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Tech experience BLS certification (required) Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
