Title: Dietary | Kitchen Manager Job Duties: The Dietary or Kitchen Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of the dietary or culinary services department. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures as well as state-mandated standards for dietary/culinary services. The Dietary or Kitchen Manager consults with the dietitian consultant as appropriate to ensure that all clients’ nutritional needs are consistently met. Schedule: Full Time Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have completed a 90-hour state-approved course in dietetic services, if required by regulatory agency management, or must complete in one (1) year. Must have a minimum of one year of dietary/culinary and supervisory experience in an extended care facility. The facility provides a versatile array of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encourages active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
