Summit Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a motivated Physician
Assistant to join our growing practice specializing in knees, hips,
and shoulders. Position Overview: The Physician Assistant will play
a key role in delivering high-quality orthopedic care in both
clinic and surgical settings. This position offers a balance of
independent patient care and close collaboration with orthopedic
surgeons. - Average of 25?30 patient visits per day in clinic -
Primarily clinic-based during the first year, with the opportunity
to expand into surgical assistance - Collaborative, team-based care
model with strong clinical support Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
comprehensive orthopedic patient evaluations and follow-up visits -
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and tests - Develop and
implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians -
Perform procedures including injections, wound care, and bracing -
Provide patient education on treatment plans and recovery
expectations - Assist in surgery and provide perioperative support
(as role progresses) - Perform hospital rounds and patient
assessments - Respond to after-hours patient inquiries and clinical
questions - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation -
Participate in monthly provider and leadership meetings to support
care coordination and practice improvement efforts Compensation &
Benefits: - Competitive salary (generally ranging from
approximately $130,000?$165,000 based on experience and
progression) - Production bonus opportunities tied to team-based
performance - Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation and sick time,
with growth based on tenure - $500/month employer contribution
toward medical insurance - 401(k) eligibility after one year - CME
allowance: up to $2,000 annually paid CME time - Professional
expenses covered (licensure, malpractice, certifications) - Monthly

to, dental, vision, and life insurance Qualifications: - Graduate
of an accredited Physician Assistant program - Eligible for or
currently holding California PA licensure - Strong interest in
orthopedics - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability
