Join Sports Physical Therapy (SPT) as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant and become a pivotal part of a team dedicated to excellence in athletic physical therapy. In this role, you will assist in implementing high-quality rehabilitation programs tailored to athletes' recovery and performance enhancement under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Our mission is to restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but also wellness and fitness and quality of life as related to movement and health. Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans. Implement patient specific physical interventions under therapist supervision. Educate and guide athletes on injury prevention and performance optimization. Document patient progress and response to therapy. Proficient in using therapy equipment and techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the job. Knowledge of sports injuries and rehabilitation practices. 401k Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state practicing. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
