Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist
for a travel job in Clear Lake, California. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy
- Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Home Health PT Day
Shift. Mon thru Fri from 0800 to 430 pm. Sometime can pickup shifts
on weekend if available and the traveler wants. Must have HCHB
experience and OASIS experience for home health care. 2 years
experience ideal. Mileage available at Government rate. Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license
on or after January 2016. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification. Must
have valid drivers license and must be 21 years of age or older.
