Job Description Lifestyle Medicine Physician (Sports Medicine) - Sunnyvale, CA Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic Salary: $240,000 - $480,000 annually Schedule: 34-40 hours/week (Flexible weekday and Saturday options) Overview: A well-established outpatient clinic in Sunnyvale is seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Primary Care Physician. Candidates with Sports Medicine experience or certification are highly encouraged to apply. The clinic offers a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care and sports medicine services Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions Promote preventive health and lifestyle medicine Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate medical documentation Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Lifestyle Medicine Sports Medicine certification or experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills New graduates are welcome to apply Patient Volume: Approx. 4 patients per hour Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Potential relocation/sign-on assistance Supportive and flexible work environment
