As an ICU RN in this travel assignment, you’ll lead and participate in advanced patient care duties: continuous patient assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management and weaning collaborations, vasoactive and antibiotic stewardship, frequent bedside rounds, ECLS/rapid response engagement where applicable, and expert family communication during critically challenging times.
