Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Step into a high-impact ICU
nursing role as a Registered Nurse on a stylish travel assignment
in California, anchored in the coastal community of Fort Bragg.
This is more than a job—it's a mission to deliver expert,
life-saving care when every moment counts. In this fast-paced ICU
setting, your acute clinical skills will guide critically ill
patients through complex trajectories, from ventilator support and
invasive monitoring to rapid response interventions and meticulous
medication management. You’ll collaborate with physicians,
respiratory therapists, and the broader care team to translate
assessment data into precise, compassionate interventions. The
opportunity to work within critical care requires resilience, clear
communication, and a steadfast commitment to patient and
family-centered care. Fort Bragg, perched along the Pacific, offers
not only a meaningful clinical experience but a chance to immerse
yourself in a region known for its natural beauty, friendly
communities, and outdoor adventures. And for those who crave
broader horizons, this assignment can be a gateway to placements
across the United States, allowing you to broaden your ICU
repertoire while earning competitive compensation and expanding
professional networks. Location benefits extend beyond the hospital
walls. Fort Bragg presents a serene yet professional environment
where you can perform at the peak of your practice while enjoying a
restorative coastal lifestyle. The climate tends to be mild, the
scenery is breathtaking, and access to the rugged coastline,
towering redwoods, and nearby wine country provides endless,
rejuvenating weekend possibilities. California’s
landscapes—beaches, forests, lakes, and mountain vistas—offer
inspiring backdrops to long shifts and well-deserved downtime. In
addition to Fort Bragg, the program opens doors to assignments
across multiple U.S. locations, enriching your professional journey
with diverse patient populations, hospital cultures, and clinical
protocols. This breadth helps you sharpen diagnostic acumen, refine
critical care pathways, and connect with mentors and peers who
value excellence, safety, and innovation in patient care. Role
specifics and benefits are designed to support your success and
growth. As an ICU RN in this travel assignment, you’ll lead and
participate in advanced patient care duties: continuous patient
assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management and
weaning collaborations, vasoactive and antibiotic stewardship,
frequent bedside rounds, ECLS/rapid response engagement where
applicable, and expert family communication during critically
challenging times. You’ll have opportunities to expand your
proficiency with specialized procedures, documentation accuracy,
and adherence to evolving infection control standards. The position
includes a competitive weekly pay band of $1,813 to $1,959, with
the flexibility of assignments measured in weeks and a strong
emphasis on extending contracts for continued professional growth.
You’ll benefit from housing assistance or stipends designed to ease
relocation, a sign-on or completion bonus where applicable, and the
option to extend your stay into subsequent contracts to deepen your
ICU experience. A dedicated, knowledgeable support team will be
available 24/7 as you travel with the company, ensuring you have
real-time access to scheduling, clinical questions, credentialing,
and emergency assistance whenever needed. The company’s values
center on empowering nurses to advance their careers in a
supportive, inclusive environment. You’ll join a culture that
prioritizes ongoing education, skill acquisition, and leadership
development within critical care. The organization believes in
recognizing clinical excellence, fostering mentorship
relationships, and providing clear pathways for professional
progression—from charge nurse roles to specialty certifications and
leadership opportunities. You’ll be part of a community that values
resilience, ethical practice, patient advocacy, and collaborative
care, with resources and guidance designed to help you achieve your
long-term career goals while delivering the highest standard of
patient care today. Ready to elevate your ICU expertise while
exploring new places and making a lasting impact? Apply now to join
a team that respects your contributions, rewards your hard work,
and supports your professional development from day one. Embark on
a rewarding journey that blends top-tier clinical practice,
generous benefits, and the freedom to discover the country’s most

to a spectrum of U.S. locations as your assignments evolve. Please
