Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide
rehabilitation therapy services in a skilled nursing environment.
This is a short-term contract position with guaranteed hours, ideal
for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience or supplement
their schedule. Responsibilities - Assist Occupational Therapists
in implementing patient care plans. - Provide skilled
rehabilitation therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility
setting. - Document patient progress and communicate effectively
with the therapy team. - Ensure compliance with all applicable
regulations, standards, and facility protocols. - Support patient
mobility, activities of daily living, and functional outcomes under
supervision. Qualifications - Must be a Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant (COTA). - Current and active state license
required. - Less than 1 year of experience acceptable; recent
graduates encouraged to apply. - Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. - Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
