care. We are currently hiring a Stockton, CA based Board-Certified
Behavior Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position that includes
in-clinic, in-home, and work-from-home time. This Monday through
Friday (8am–5pm) role offers the chance to work closely with

Responsibilities As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst , you will
take a leadership role in developing and overseeing treatment
plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to deliver
evidence-based care. You will thrive here if you are fueled by a

in your clients and your team. What You’ll Do: Provide direct
supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention
programs for individuals with Autism Conduct assessments and design
function-based behavior support plans Lead and inspire RBTs,
fostering clinical excellence and team growth Collaborate with
families and other professionals to support client goals Embrace a
hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and
remote-based work We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior

degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education,
or related field Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst through the BACB At least 2 years of experience working
with individuals with Autism (preferred) Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills A heart for service and a
mind for innovation Strong knowledge of the principles of applied
behavior analysis Experience conducting functional behavior
analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans Access
