Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Santa Rosa, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Location: Santa Rosa, CA Weekly Pay: $2,438 Shift: Day Shift Hours: 36 hours/week (3x12) Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Details - Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts - Shift time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Every other weekend required - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Unit Details Respiratory Therapy Department supporting adult critical care and Level III (or higher) NICU patients in an acute care hospital setting. Charting System: Epic (preferred) Requirements - Graduate of an NBRC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program - Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential - BLS required - NRP required - Minimum 2 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience - Strong experience in Adult ICU and Level III or higher NICU Skills and Experience - Advanced ventilator management across all patient populations - Oxygen delivery methods and respiratory monitoring - Respiratory patient assessments and clinical pathway management - Medication administration related to respiratory care - Interpretation of ABGs, pulmonary function tests, and lab results - Strong troubleshooting skills for respiratory equipment - Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees./n• 401K Plan./n•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc./n• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
