Able to interpret data about the patients status in order to identify each patients age specific needs and provide care needed by the patient group. /n - Demonstrates the ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise and professional manner. /n - Maintains accurate and continued nursing documentation including patient histories, conditions, treatments, responses and assessment of changes. /n - Maintains and meets expectations on time for all competencies, license, certifications and education requirements as outlined by local administration, Adventist Health (AH), The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and all other regulatory agencies. /n - Maintains current knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient and his or her clinical condition. /n - Meets charge nurse expectations as assigned. /n - Meets professional behavior expectations and guest services expectations. /n - Monitors hemodynamic status of patient and correctly interpret the results. /n - Nursing documentation must reflect comprehensive understanding of the nursing process. /n - Performs head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments per policy.
