Shuttle provided when needed. Job Overview We are seeking an
experiencedTelemetry Registered Nurse (RN)for aDay Shifttravel
contract in Berkeley, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong
telemetry experience, hold current California RN licensure, and
demonstrate flexibility in floating between units and campuses
based on hospital needs. Key Responsibilities - Provide
high-quality, compassionate telemetry nursing care to adult
patients. - Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize critical
arrhythmias. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow
physician care plans. - Accurately document patient information
using electronic medical records. - Float to other inpatient units
as needed within scope of practice. - Comply with unit and facility
policies, including weekend and on-call coverage. Requirements -
Licensure:ActiveCalifornia RN License - Certifications: - BLS(Basic
Life Support) – required - ACLS(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) –
required - NIHSS(Stroke Scale Certification) – required -
Experience: - 3 yearsof recent Telemetry RN experience - 6 monthsof
recent travel nursing experience - Schedule: - Required to
workevery other weekend (EOW)and as needed based on unit demand -
On-call:As needed - Floating: - May float to other units within
license/scope - Up to1.5-hour noticebefore shift; shuttle available
