Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing
home health team serving Tuolumne and Calaveras County. Offer
full-time or part-time positions with mileage reimbursement and
paid driving time. Provide one-on-one, in-home care for patients
with various diagnoses, including orthopedic, respiratory, and
cardiac conditions. Benefits include competitive pay, a $6,500

a doctorate in physical therapy, licensure, at least two years of

Responsibilities involve evaluating patients, developing and
implementing care plans, educating patients and caregivers,
participating in discharge planning, providing in-service training,
and contributing to quality improvement activities. Supervision of
PT assistants is also part of the role.
