Description *Seeking Social Worker who is multicultural and bilingual in Spanish. Provides psychosocial assessment and delivery of counseling, social work and emotional support services to terminally-ill patients, and/or palliative services to patients and their families. Works as a team member to identify problems and assist patient/family members in exploring realistic options, decision making and problem solving.   • Master's Degree Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Graduate from an accredited school or Ph.D. Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Graduate from an accredited school
  • Coursework/Training: Training in family counseling and case management.
  • California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or California Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire
  • 1 year of experience in a health care setting or related field.
