Job Description:
Description *Seeking Social Worker who is multicultural and
bilingual in Spanish. Provides psychosocial assessment and delivery
of counseling, social work and emotional support services to
terminally-ill patients, and/or palliative services to patients and
their families. Works as a team member to identify problems and
assist patient/family members in exploring realistic options,
decision making and problem solving. Providence caregivers are not

within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers
