As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and develop plans to manage patient symptoms
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developmentsRequirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience: 2 years recent relevant experience in Home Health
  • Licensure: Current CA RN license
  • Certifications: BLS, RN-Registered Nurse of CaliforniaBenefits
