• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call, Flexible
• Prefer someone who can cover 5 days a week but will consider 3 - 4 days per week
• 15 - 18 patients per day, must see all ages but will consider FM or IM provider to see adult only
• Standard primary care office procedures and paps would be nice but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
