• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
• ACLS and BLS required and NPs must have ACNP credential
• 8 - 10 patients per day in hospital, 1 - 2 OR cases per day
• OR first assist and ICU with EVH preferred but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
