Job Title: Home Health Registered NurseLocation: Santa Rosa, CAWe are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week renewable contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the comfort of the patient's home.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and self-care techniques
• Document patient care and other relevant information accurately and timelyRequirements:
  • Current RN license in California
  • Minimum of 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
  • BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
