A multispecialty rural health care center located in California is seeking an OB/GYN to join their team. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday with a 1:4 call and the incoming physician will see 18 to 24 patients per day on average. You will join 1 FP with OB and 2 locums OB/GYNs who assist with call. There is a GYN only physician who does not take OB call. They have regular hospitalists who assess the patients and the OBs will take call from home until delivery. They average 200 to 215 deliveries per year. The ideal candidate will be board certified and experienced. H-1B visas can be supported. This employed opportunity has an excellent compensation with a quality bonus, sign-on bonus and on-call compensation.
