Job Description:

Cross Country Locums is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide coverage in Northern California. Please see details below:

• ASAP start - 3 months or longer ideally
• Rural outpatient 8:00-5:00 Mon-Fri and 9-3 location but could float as needed (Tuesday-Saturday would be great)
• 18 to 28 patients a day
• Strong team support and multidisciplinary care team approach. Services at the health center also include dental, behavioral health, and women's services. Physician will not be performing deliveries and is otherwise a full-scope outpatient provider. EPIC EMR system.
• BC/BE, CA license, CA DEA, BLS, Clean license/background, NPDB & COVID Vaccination required ( Spanish speaking preferred)
• Credentialing process 3-4 weeks
