Travel Physical Therapist/PT Lakeport, CA
Location:Lakeport, CA
Start Date:1/12/2022
Shift Details:8H Days ( 7:00 AM-3:00 PM )
40 hours per week
Length:13 weeks for specific facility details.A skilled nursing facility that caters toa combination of Medicare part A and B patients, managed care A and B patients, private pay and VA patients. There is a wide range of conditions including post surgical cases, strokes, de-conditioning, dementia, COPD, cancer, etc. Systems used are Casamba and Point click care for paperwork.
REQUIREMENTS

• New Grads Welcome
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid California license
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Providers CPR
• Adventurous Attitude
• Enjoys meeting new people and learning new things
