and its clients. As a member of Global Marketing Insights &
Analytics, you’ll support the Marketing Services Delivery group and
other marketing teams, delivering expert solutions tailored to
diverse client needs. Together, we turn data into opportunity,
vision into impact, and possibility into reality. Reporting to the
Senior Director, Global Marketing Insights & Analytics, you will be
responsible for: Support the Global Marketing Insights & Analytics
pillar by ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across
the Marketing Services Delivery function and cross-functional
marketing teams—including strategy, creative, execution,
sponsorships, and partnerships—to design and deploy end-to-end
marketing solutions that meet client objectives and boost revenue.
Utilize proprietary and third-party analytics, research, and Visa’s
suite of research tools and platforms (e.g., Payment Panel, CaPS,
Insights Lounge, Social Listening, Simmons, VisaNet data) to
identify opportunities for market entry, expansion, and consumer
engagement—delivering actionable intelligence and innovative
solutions for Visa and its clients. Lead qualitative and
quantitative research initiatives (primary and secondary) to
uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and trends. Translate complex
analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Drive
measurable influence by proactively shaping strategic
decision-making and marketing outcomes—leveraging insights to
inform and align cross-functional teams, amplify the effectiveness
of integrated solutions, and demonstrate clear value through
attributable business impact. Provide guidance for optimizing
campaigns, content, and customer journeys based on measurement
results. Create a commercial approach on selling data-driven
measurement solutions that quantify ROI and outcomes, using a
consultative strategy to optimize investments and showcase
incremental value, enabling clients to make confident decisions and
achieve sustained growth. Develop, centralize, and optimize
scalable, commercially viable global research and analytics
capabilities, creating and refining offerings, frameworks, and
tools to achieve cost efficiencies and consistency, and unlocking
revenue potential in individual markets. Measure and communicate
the impact of client engagements, including supporting surveys
(e.g., Market Service Client Survey, PECS) and reporting, analyzing
incremental payment volume, and building internal support through
showcasing tangible results. Collaborate with regional and VCA
teams to tailor and integrate Client Insights & Analytics solutions
into Visa’s VIK model, harmonizing best-in-class offerings that
meet the unique needs of each region. Cultivate strong
relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and
client-facing business teams to drive awareness, adoption, and
excellence in client-facing solutions. Demonstrate and continuously
advance expertise in contemporary research methodologies by
introducing innovative approaches to enhance Visa’s insights and
analytics capabilities. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of
days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications : 8 or more years of relevant
work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2
years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications : 9 or
more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7
or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
5-8 years of experience in insights and analytics, including
primary market research and data-driven analysis for major brands,
with exposure to technology, consulting, CPG, retail, agencies,
financial, or payments sectors. Ability to work well with team
members and build good relationships with people throughout the

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with research agencies, helping with client
communications, and supporting business planning and strategy as
part of a team Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills,
including the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to
senior executives. Fluency in English required Knowledge of payment
services and related marketing is a plus Strong self-management and
organizational skills Excellent time-management, organizational,
and management skills that allow for high-level productivity in any
working environment Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon
the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position
requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements:
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position
will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate
in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is
$180,600 to $289,300 USD per year, which may include potential
sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending
on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
