Position Title: IT Project ManagerLocation: Concord, North CarolinaPosition Overview:Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking a Project Manager to support an industry-leading pharmaceutical manufacturing partner at their Concord, NC site. This role involves managing the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and requires a surge capacity to meet the project's demands.Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage scheduling and communication for actions to successfully deploy the MES system at the Concord site.
• Partner with local and global MES Program Leaders to track and integrate program plan.
• Ensure alignment between various projects and workstreams within the MES agenda.
• Monitor and track progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and desired outcomes.
• Report on the health of various deliverables.
• Manage upward and communicate cross-functionally.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to balance competing priorities and ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate with partners across the site.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, scientific, or technical field.
  • Experience working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company or related field.
  • 7+ years of applicable technical project management experience.
  • Experience with MES implementation or similar IT software deployment projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Project Management Certification.
    • Experience with project management for an MES implementation in a GMP manufacturing area.
    • Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
    • Experience in a GMP environment.
    • Familiarity with Smartsheet and PharmaSuite is a plus but not required.Other Information:
      • The role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite in Concord, ideally 5 days.
      • Preference for out-of-state candidates with strong MES implementation experience who can fly in 3 days a week over local candidates with only IT software deployment experience.
      • Flexibility to provide support during production schedules, shutdowns, etc.
      • Occasional extended hours and/or off-hour work may be required.
