Principal Product Manager - Gen AI (temporary)Develop user-facing pilots leveraging Generative AI to enhance Minted's user experience.Location: RemoteJob Tags: OperationsAbout The RoleThe Principal Product Manager will lead the development of pilots for Generative AI opportunities and create a long-term strategy for its implementation. The role requires a deep understanding of current Generative AI technologies and future trends to identify opportunities for Minted.Responsibilities include:

• Developing user-facing pilots and production experiences leveraging Generative AI.
• Collaborating with engineering and data partners to experiment and validate using the current tech stack.
• Incorporating user feedback into product experiences, covering various use cases such as search, recommendations, and pricing.
• Developing a phased roadmap and resourcing model for executing the strategy, leveraging existing and new talent.
• Coordinating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure product success.
• Driving product execution, including project kickoffs, daily scrums, and maintaining product specs and backlog.
• Defining, monitoring, and reporting key success metrics for engagement and uptake of newly launched products.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:
