Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Accounting to lead and manage
all accounting functions related to the company's financial
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of accounting, including cash management,
financial reporting, and balance sheet management for a
multi-entity organization
Collaborate with the Controller to enhance accounting functions and
processes, and manage a high-performing accounting team
Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial
statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory
standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's preferred
10+ years of accounting experience with at least 5+ years in a
leadership role
International accounting experience is necessary
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
