Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing new markets and new customers for Niedner's innovative products in the municipal and forestry fire hose sectors for the eastern coast of the United States.Your new responsibilities:
- Implement business development strategies to support company growth;
- Implement action plan in line with corporate objectives;
- Develop new markets for existing and future products;
- Learn and master the necessary product and application knowledge to present to current and future customers;
- Take part in analyzing customer needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs;
- Provide superior service to current and future customers;
- Maintain relationships with existing distribution partners while also expanding the distribution network with new partners;
- Support our customers' and distributors' sales teams;
- Represent the company in various promotional activities.You
have the right credentials:
- Relevant academic background; administration, marketing, sales;
- 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Available to travel within and outside the United States;
- Experience with CRM software;
- Previous experience with fire hose products/sales;
- Results-oriented;
- Team player;
- Leadership skills;
- A good communicator;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Ability to organize work and manage priorities.You will be
collaborating with a team of experienced professionals who support
Niedner's day-to-day operations.What's more, you will be entitled
