Offering a competitive salary between $200,000 and $250,000 with additional production-based earning potential, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on clinical work, with 50-75% of time spent in a clinical capacity within the hospitals. Working closely with regional leadership, the Senior Medical Director will play a critical role in recruiting, training, and developing veterinary professionals.
